• We limit the size of the groups to a maximum of 10 people, to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
• We use only licensed and insured vehicles, drivers, and guides, who are trained and experienced in their fields.
• We provide emergency contact numbers and assistance, in case of any accident or illness during the tour.
• If you cancel more than 30 days before the departure date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% service fee.
• If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the departure date, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% service fee.
• If you cancel less than 15 days before the departure date, you will not receive any refund of the amount paid.
• If Sakura Travel cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, epidemics, or political unrest, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or you can choose to reschedule the tour for another date, subject to availability.
